Seamless site delivery
Being proactive at this stage is key to the success of the overall project.
Upon acceptance of our proposal, we’ll create a detailed technical package for your site team and also provide a digital file for the architect to insert our final design into construction drawings. Our Operations team will collaborate closely with your Site Management team to establish a site programme and an efficient delivery strategy, whilst our Sales team will meet with your Marketing team / interior designer to explore and agree on design options for your show home kitchen/s.

To elevate the experience you offer your homeowners, we create bespoke, 3D presentations for each property giving them a detailed vision of their future kitchen. We combine technical precision with artistic flair, to present immersive design options in both technical plan and lifelike renderings.
Whilst we offer design flexibility to allow your clients the freedom to personalise their kitchen, options are kept within agreed parameters to ensure any changes won’t compromise your build programme. This functionality provides developers and builders a natural upsell opportunity with the minimum of effort as Silver Birch coordinates all works.

INSTALLATION & AFTERCARE
Once we’ve applied the final design touches and customisations to each order, our highly skilled Installation team takes the reins. With meticulous precision and the utmost care, they treat every installation with the respect and diligence they would if it were their own home.
Our aim at all times is a focus on 100% completion during our initial site visit. To assist with this we use stock components from our warehouse and have a full-time After Care Joiner who will promptly attend to any issues.
Post installation we provide tailored, after-sales assistance directly to your clients. Our commitment to your homeowners extends long after your development is completed.
